The latest version of activEcho is 2.7.2. Please refer to the activEcho downloads page for further information and downloads.
The activEcho server software runs on Windows 2008, 2012 and 2003 (all flavors, including R2, 32- or 64-bit). Windows 2008 R2 is recommended.
GroupLogic product compatibility with Windows 8
Client: Windows 8 is supported by activEcho client 2.7 or later.
Server: Windows 8 is not supported.
AFP-based Servers: ExtremeZ-IP 8.0.3 or later is supported on Windows 8 for use with ArchiveConnect (see below).
SMB-based Servers: Windows 8 has not yet been certified for compatibility with ArchiveConnect

How can I change the location of activEcho’s FileStore?
How can I move the FileStore to a non-default location?
To change the location of activEcho’s FileStore, follow the steps below:
Stop the “activEcho Repository” service.
Stop the “Apache Tomcat” service.
You will find the current FileStore here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Group Logic\activEcho Server\FileStore”
You can copy or move the entire FileStore folder with all its contents to the target point, like:

We have tested the latest versions of the following products and found that they are compatible with OS X Mountain Lion:
activEcho (tested 2.5)
ArchiveConnect (test 1.2.5)
ExtremeZ-IP (tested 8.0.1)
MassTransit (tested 7.2.7 Web Client)
mobilEcho is unaffected since it consists of server and mobile device components.
