Summary:

MassTransit allows you to modify the variable that controls the auto-refresh rate of the Web Client log view window.

For information on how to modify the auto-refresh rate of the log view window for web clients of MassTransit 7 servers, please refer to MTWeb page of the MassTransit 7 documentation.

Description:

It is possible to adjust the frequency in which MassTransit refreshes the log view for web clients. The default setting for the refreshing period is 10 seconds. Follow the steps below if you want to change this setting.

1. Open mtweb.ini file located in C:\Program Files\Group Logic\MassTransit Server 6\MTWeb directory in a suitable for plain text editing application.

Note: If you are using MassTransit Server 5, the installation directory will be C:\Program Files\Group Logic\MassTransit Server 5\MTWeb.

2. Search for the LOGVIEWER_UPDATE_DELAY_SECONDS setting under the User Interface section.

3. Change theĀ  LOGVIEWER_UPDATE_DELAY_SECONDS =10 to a value of your preference.

4. Save the changes and close the file.

Log on as a web client with log viewing privileges. Click on the ‘View Log’ tab and set the Real-Time Refresh radio button to ON. Confirm that the URL reflects the new refresh rate.
