The latest version of Acronis Access Connect is 10.0.3. Please refer to the Acronis Access Connect / ExtremeZ-IP downloads page for further information and downloads.

Acronis Access Connect runs on Windows 2003, 2003R2, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 7, XP and Vista. It runs on 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows. Acronis Access Connect is not compatible with Windows Small Business Server 2011 Essentials.

The ExtremeZ-IP upgrade can be installed over your existing installation, preventing time-consuming reconfiguration.

Note about support for Microsoft DFS functionality: Acronis offers two service levels for DFS support with Acronis Access Connect. Your standard Support contract covers DFS issues and questions that relate specifically to ExtremeZ-IP. Group Logic Support Services also offers an add-on, optional package called the "DFS Kickstart" for customers that require more general assistance or training with Microsoft DFS. Please see our DFS page for more information. In either case, our Support or Sales team will first work with you to complete our DFS Assessment Worksheet to determine your needs and advise on appropriate options.
